On receipt of the software and having opened the package you agree to abide by software copyright rules. Each software package is designed to run on one computer and is not to be copied, apart from backup purposes, or sold on to a third party without the consent of the supplier.

Damaged CD's or floppy disks can only be exchanged within 30 days of supply and receipt date of purchase and must be returned to the supplier for inspection.

We are not responsible for the hardware or PC you are loading the software onto and has to be compatible to the recommended system requirements as shown in the system requirements for each individual software package purchased.

Because all software is tested and proved to be operational and guaranteed to have all functions that are advertised prior to being despatched to you, no refund will be made once package is opened.
In the case of damaged or faulty CD or floppy a duplicate will be sent on notification within 30 days as mentioned above.
